## Quick Start

Download and run:
```bash
./botserver
```

That's it. Everything installs automatically on first run.

## What Happens

1. **Auto-Bootstrap**: Installs PostgreSQL, cache, storage, and LLM
2. **Load Bots**: Finds `.gbai` folders and loads them
3. **Start Server**: Opens on `http://localhost:8080`
4. **Ready**: Talk to your bot

## First Conversation

Open browser, type a message, get a response. Simple.
