Fix all 61 warnings in botserver

- Remove unused imports across 14 files
- Fix unused variables (prefixed with _)
- Fix return types to use anyhow::Result where needed
- Remove cfg!(feature = "sigkill") (invalid feature)
- Fix typo: axum -> axum in imports
