Update .gitmodules

Update all submodules to latest commits
Includes botui fix for 404 errors with bot name prefixes: - Removed root-level static routes that conflicted with bot prefixes - All static assets now properly served under /suite/ path - Fixes /edu/suite/js/api-client.js and related assets
