9346b6b108 Trying to remove botbuilder dependency on hoek vunerability with no success, MS is promissing update it: https://github.com/Microsoft/BotBuilder/issues/4206. 
package-lock.json can't be re-created due to a unknown non thrown error. TO BE FIXED.
